A superb specialist item. Unmounted mint cylinder block of eight containing four pairs, the left hand stamp of which is WITHOUT PHOSPHOR the right hand stamp with BROAD BAND AT LEFT (first and third columns without phosphor, second and fourth columns with the broad band). The BROAD BAND is inclined slightly but obviously DIAGONALLY and the band on upper row is 2mm short of top of stamps.
